My musical partnership with David Anderson was an artistic match made in heaven. (Musically, I was Annie Lennox to his Dave Stewart.) With influences like Joy Division, New Order, Gary Numan, Fischerspooner, and others, we rocked a few venerable Buffalo (NY) venues in our time. (A moment of silence for The Continental, please…) Alas, the words of Horace Greeley which first beckoned me westward in 1996 never really left me. So the promise of true love, warmer climes, and a new career as a Mavericks surfer tempted me once again to the Left Coast. Despite the end of a possible bright new musical career, it all ended well in Silicon Valley.
